Below are a list of Stain and How to remove the spot of course some spots should be left to a professional to remove but now a days not everyone has the money to pay for someone to come take care of just one spot. So we hope these will be of use to you, enjoy!

Type of Stain:

Koolaid

Type of Carpet:

All

Action Taken:

First you need to know how long has the stain been there. If it just happen your odds are more in your favor of removing it. If it happen some time ago then this may not work and a professional should be called in to care for it when your carpet is cleaned.Well regardless of the color of the Koolaid you need three things to take care of it one of our Spoting kits for $19.95, a cup or two of water, and lots of towels. (You do not want to use any store bought brand of spot remover they can depending on carpet type cause the stain to set in making it harder for the professional to remove or burn a hole in your carpet.) First you want to pour a some of the water and our spot remover on the area stained to flood it and help dilute the koolaid some. Then take a towel and place over area. Next you want to make a fist and pound the towel into the area stain. Do not wipe accross stain! Do this repeatedly till the stain has trainsfered from the carpet to the towel turning the towel over and folding it til it can no longer used if the stain still remain

Why This Type of Action?

The water and the towel help tranfer the stain from the carpet to the towel. To see the best results use a white towel then you know when all that can be transfered is transfered. The rest of the stain might need professional attention and could be in the pad under the carpet and will resurface after time.

Type of Stain:

Pet Stain

Type of Carpet:

All

Action Taken:

Again timing is every thing. The quicker you catch stains the better chance of removing it. But how often do you move that couch or chair to check if you pet has gone behind it. Never! Your just like everyone else. This stain can be a bit more challenging for the home owner to remove, but they still can see if it can begin to remove it. The Spoting kit we provide has a pet stain remover in it so we advice you to begin with that.(We encourage pet owns to also buy a deoderisor from us to help with the smell. Other store bought brands can do a good job but the smell can come back time and again.) So begin by adding the pet spot remover on first ( You could use a little bit of water but not as much as you would with koolaid stain.)Be careful not to over saturate the spot if it is a new stain it will be wet to some degree anyways. Us a scrub brush to move around the sport remover. Then begin with a few towels to help pull out the stain from the carpet by pounding the towel into the carpet over the spot. Do this repetedly adding water from time to time to help the spot to not become over loaded with soap that will then attrach dirt. Again this is a harder stain to remove because of the acid found in the urine from the animals this penitraits the pad and is very hard to remove with out it coming back without removing the pad underneath.
